Once residents of Guishan Island, the Jian family has been in the fishing business for three generations. They started as traditional fishermen and eventually developed their business into a quality frozen food enterprise with HACCP certification. In 2007, they set up a tourism factory where visitors can try fresh and delicious fish products and get a better understanding of the seafood industry and human ecology through their exhibitions, thereby obtaining a better understanding of Siho Third Generation’s objectives.
