“Agrioz” is Spanish for “dried fruit”, because Yilan is known for citrus. More than 90% of Taiwan’s kumquats are produced in the area. Rich in vitamin C, kumquats are a natural health food that soothe sore throats and relieve coughing.

We approach cooking like grandma does, “When you cook, make sure that you make food that you would eat yourself”. Agrioz doesn’t add any artificial sweeteners, coloring, artificial flavoring, or preservatives to any of its preserved fruit. We just want everyone to be able to enjoy year round the sweet and tangy kumquats that Yilan has been so abundantly blessed with.
